  • First Dual of 2021. Placer v Oakmont and West Park Wow!!! That could be the whole article. The Hillmen came out ready to wrestle. The heart displayed by our young men and women made me so proud. Everyone wrestled every second of every match, and as a coach, I could not ask for more. Special shout out to Emily Reynolds and Tristan Platt who wrestled for their first time as Hillmen. Pins were recorded by Breanna Packheiser, Logan Moon, Wyatt Hardtke, Chance Clements, Elias Alvarez, Aidan Alvarez, Cole Upton, Justus Haskin, and Ian Reynolds. Other victories included Enzo Gallo and Jackson Addison. WOW!!!

Some great "blast from the past" in these season highlight videos. Watch how it is done!

For boys was hard to narrow down with all the oustanding performances. That said, Elias Alvarez showed that all his practice off season has truly paid off. After giving up the first takedown, he went on a tear scoring 12 points before pinning his opponent. Way to go.

For girls, Breanna Packheiser garnered 3 wins, including a technical fall along with 2 pins against boys!

Saturday saw Chance Clements obtain a no nonsense pin on his opponent after taking him down.
