Freestyle & Greco Wrestling

LOCATION: EV Cain main gym

PRACTICES: Tuesday & Thursday, 6-8pm. Children 4-10 will be finished at 7:00, but can stay to end of practice with permission from coaches.

DATE: Practice starts Tues March 9 and ends Tues May 11

REGISTRATION: At E.V. Cain Middle School on March 2nd after the wrestling match is completed or at any practice thereafter.

Fees: One time $25 fee (includes team t-shirt and shorts). You must also have a USA Wrestling Card (for insurance purposes). They are available for $40 online (here) and at every SAWA tournament at the registration area. Please indicate that you are with POW, and give the club coach your membership number for the records.

AGES: 4yrs old through high school.

P.O.W. Gear: Hooded sweatshirts ($25), long sleeved t-shirt ($15) and team singlets ($38, $30 if paid by March 10)
