  • Mark Fuller Invitational Placer came to wrestle at the Mark Fuller Invitational tournament. Only fielding 8 wrestlers, Placer proceeded to dominate the competition and place 4th as a team, only two points out of 3rd. Medalists for Placer included Joe Valdez (1st), Bryce Cook and River Rogers (2nd), and Logan Moon and AJ Ferreira (3rd). Everyone, including Justus Haskin, Poncho Claudio, and Noah Cardelli elevated their wrestling to the next level. I can't wait to see what they do this year!

At the Eldorado scrimmage, our wrestlers shined again. Our ladies went undefeated, and we got some clutch victories to show how Placer likes to wrestle.
At the Mark Fuller invitational tournament, we took only 8 wrestlers. 5 of the wrestlers placed. Joe Valdez took 1st, Bryce Cook and River Rogers took 2nd, and AJ Ferreira and Logan Moon took 3rd. As a team, we finished 4th with only 8 or 14 wrestlers there to score. That was an impressive performance!
